WFH has given me ample amount of time with my family without affecting my work schedule. I also have the freedom to extend my working hours as compared to a work place, especially in case of situations where critical positions have to be closed and late follow ups or scheduling is required. “Flexibility is the name of the game when it comes to working from home.
While I was working full time with a company as Manager HR, I realized that I was not able to give adequate time to my three-year-old daughter. I was spending 12 to 14 hours out of the house every day. As I did not see this as a sustainable option long term, I decided to take a sabbatical from work in 2015.
In 2017, I received a call from RNT and just loved the whole working model which is a very innovative and conducive concept about working from home.
